Be prepared to spend a bit more for the luxury of having imported furniture. However the quality, selection and styles often make it worth paying the extra money.
LOCALLY MADE FURNITURE:
A more economical choice is to find the more locally made furniture and furnishings. The best place to go if you choose this option is to Jemaa Sagaa. Here you will find an abundance of very nice, high quality locally made and imported items at a much lower price. There are also highly skilled seamstresses who will make your curtains in the style you desire, allowing you to choose just the right fabrics and have more of a say as to how you want the finished product to look!
